Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited by both norwegian laws
and our own rules of admittance, like it has been at every other TG.
Any alcohol will immediately be confiscated by Security and will
*NOT* be handed out after the party. You will also be issued a
warning for the offense, and should it happen again, you'll be on the
train home, without getting a refund for your ticket.
You will not be allowed inside the hall while under the influence of
alcohol. You are welcome to go out and enjoy yourself to a few beers
on the town if you are over 18 years old, but think about where you
are going to sleep when you get back, it will not be in our hall or
anywhere near it.
Any attempt to sneak into the hall outside the access checkpoints is
strictly prohibited, and is in fact considered trespassing if you
aren't accredited with an access badge. Security patrol the outside
areas of the hall, and this area is also under CCTV surveilance.
We are obligated by Norwegian pharmacy laws to react on commercial
sale of caffeine drinks otherwise not legal to sell in Norway. If we
discover that you sell these products, we will confiscate the goods
and you will not get it back after the party. This also complies to
caffeine tablets or other drugs not considered approved
for sale by the Norwegian government. Offenders to this rule will
recieve a warning. This rule applies to drinks like RED BULL and
foreign BATTERY drinks, where caffeine is more than the legal limit.
Commercial sale of legal fluids should be approved by the organizers
before the party.
Sales of any items not considered a personal sale, but commercial due
to size or intent of it, requires PRIOR written consent from the
arrangers. Failure to do so will be reported, and could be penalized.
The sale, use or carrying of any drug on the Norwegian narcotics list
(cannabis, speed, LSD, ectasy, cocaine) is strictly prohibited and
will be prosecuted by the authorities. Offenders will be thrown out
of the party and blacklisted from any future TG's, and the police
will probably want to have a nice chat with you while we throw your
stuff out on the street. Drugs will not be tolerated on TG. Never.
The visitor is obligated to stay informed about these rules before
and during the party, and this text version does not need to be
accurate. To get the most accurate version, look at the Gathering

If you have any questions about security matters, or have some
information you'd think we would like to know about, please contact
the information desk or talk to a security guard. For emergency
assistance, grab ahold of *any* crewmember and get him to call for
security assistance via radio, go to the security booth or call
the information desk on 62517563 or 62517564 and ask for security.
