Are you using the right IP version?
To ensure that your computer is using IPv6 please follow this guide:
1) Open Network Connections in the Start menu, then choose Control Panel. In the search box, type "adapter". Under Network and Sharing Center, click View Network Connections.
2) Right-click your network connection and then click Properties. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3) Check the box next to Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6).
NB! Do NOT uncheck IPv4.
We would like to remind you that even though your computer is set up correctly, some sites will still not function properly. This is because the geolocation not being updated yet as RIPE has given us IP addresses too late. It means that services depending on geolocation may not work 100 %.
Should you still be experiencing problems, please contact Tech:Support at the Info:Desk in the Northern part of the ship.
