Care is the crew responsible for taking care of the many crewmembers at The Gathering.
Our main task is making sure the crewmembers get fed, get necessary sleep and we generally try to keep them as healthy as possible through The Gathering-week.
Tasks:
Preparing four meals a day and serving them in the crew kitchen.
Coffee-rounds, (bringing the crewmembers coffee), inside and outside the Viking Ship
Acting the "psychiatrist", giving crewmembers an opportunity to air out problems and frustrations, allowing them to function better while on the job.
Care does not require any special skills, except the ability to interact with people. You have to stay on duty in the kitchen for the duration of your shift, interrupted only by minor breaks and coffe-rounds. Care is not the most difficult crew to be in, but we do expect you to do your job nevertheless.
